Position Summary
We are seeking a highly driven, hunter-minded Senior Sales Representative to take ownership of new business acquisition within our enterprise segment. In this senior-level individual contributor role, you will be responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value deals with new logos, while also strategically expanding revenue within a curated portfolio of existing key accounts. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders and leading the most challenging, multi-threaded sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities
New Business Development (65-75%)

Proactively identify, target, and secure new enterprise-level clients through advanced outbound prospecting, executive networking, and strategic cold outreach to C-level and VP-level decision-makers.
Own and manage a high-velocity sales pipeline, consistently exceeding quarterly new-business revenue quotas with large-scale opportunities.
Lead in-depth discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, align our solution with strategic business objectives, and clearly differentiate our value proposition against competitors.

Strategic Account Growth (25-35%)

For a designated set of high-potential existing accounts, uncover and execute expansion opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling initiatives that go beyond the current scope of work.
Develop and implement comprehensive strategic account plans that balance new logo acquisition with measurable growth milestones for existing partnerships.

Sales Process & Executive Negotiation

Orchestrate and lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations involving legal, procurement, finance, and C-suite executives.
Design and deliver high-impact proposals, ROI models, and business cases that are finely tailored to each client’s strategic goals and industry context.
Drive the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation through contract execution—while maintaining meticulous CRM discipline (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to forecast accurately and track all deal activities.

Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership

Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market shifts to identify emerging revenue streams and strategic opportunities.
Act as the voice of the customer, providing actionable feedback to product, marketing, and leadership teams on client needs, market gaps, and competitive differentiators.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

New Logo Acquisition: Number of new enterprise clients closed per quarter.
Revenue Quota: Percentage of new business revenue target achieved.
Pipeline Velocity: Time-to-close for strategic target accounts, from first contact to closed-won.
Average Contract Value (ACV): Size and value of newly signed deals.
Upsell Rate: Percentage of revenue growth achieved within assigned existing accounts.
Forecast Accuracy: Consistency in delivering reliable, data-driven sales forecasts.
