Amibara Properties is looking for a talented and versatile Motion Graphics Designer to join our Branding & Promotion team.

The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who can transform ideas into compelling visual content across motion graphics, video editing, animation, and videography.

This role will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for digital campaigns, social media, advertising, corporate communications, property marketing, events, and other promotional activities.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working both behind the computer and behind the camera, with the ability to take a project from raw footage to a polished final product.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality motion graphics and animated content for social media, advertising, presentations, LED screens, events, and digital campaigns.
Develop animated titles, transitions, typography, infographics, logo animations, and visual effects.
Transform static designs into engaging motion content.
Edit corporate videos, property videos, social media content, advertisements, interviews, events, and promotional films.
Support photo and video shoots when required.
Assist in developing storyboards, shot lists, visual concepts, and production plans.
Keep up with current motion design, video editing, social media, and visual storytelling trends.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Animation, Film Production, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, multimedia production, or a similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, video editing, and visual storytelling.
Professional experience with tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience with professional video cameras and basic lighting and audio equipment.
Knowledge of color grading and sound design is an advantage.
Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms is highly desirable.
Experience in real estate, luxury brands, advertising, or corporate communications is an advantage.
