Job description:

Wb interior design + Built is seeking a highly motivated Tender and Bid Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction related tenders.

Responsibility:

Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within specified deadlines.
Prepare technical and financial proposals.
Ensure all tender submissions are complete, compliant, and submitted on time.
Attend bid openings, clarification meetings, and negotiations when required.
Maintain a tender tracking database and management reports.
Analyze tender requirements, risks, and commercial terms.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders.

Requirment:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in tender management, proposal writing, procurement, contract administration, or business development.
Strong understanding of Ethiopian government procurement procedures.
