Allin Global Trading PLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, assist with reconciliations and financial reporting, and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting/ERP system.
Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, journal entries, and supporting documents.
Assist with cash, bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules.
Maintain organized and accurate accounting records and files.
Assist with VAT, withholding tax, and other tax-related documentation.
Support inventory and sales-related accounting activities.
Assist with internal and external audit preparation.
Ensure accounting transactions are properly documented and authorized.
Work closely with Finance, Sales, Warehouse, and Procurement teams.
Perform other accounting duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Senior Accountant.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Finance, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Internship or practical experience in accounting is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Basic knowledge of Ethiopian tax requirements is an advantage.
Knowledge of ERP/accounting software is an advantage.
