Job Summary

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities with a primary focus on high-volume hiring. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates to meet business hiring targets while building sustainable talent pipelines through multiple recruitment channels, including referrals, university partnerships, recruitment events, and online sourcing. The position works closely with hiring managers to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume hiring requirements.

Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, university partnerships, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing channels.

Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate assessments, interviews, and hiring activities with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring demands.

Organize and participate in mass recruitment events, job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and open hiring campaigns.

Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, interview-to-offer ratio, and offer acceptance rates.

Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

Build relationships with universities, training institutions, and external recruitment partners to strengthen candidate pipelines.

Continuously identify and implement new sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or mass recruitment.

Experience recruiting for BPO, customer service, sales, or operations roles is an advantage.

Experience coordinating multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
