The Restaurant and Catering Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase restaurant sales, promote catering services, strengthen brand awareness, and attract new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies for restaurant and catering services.
Promote catering packages to corporate clients, organizations, schools, hotels, and private customers.
Create and manage social media content and digital advertising campaigns.
Plan promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.
Coordinate with chefs and operations staff to market new menu items and catering packages.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and event planners.
Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitor activities.
Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective promotional activities.
Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
Manage the company's website and online food delivery platform listings.
Oversee branding materials, including brochures, menus, banners, and promotional merchandise.
Organize customer loyalty and referral programs.
Respond to customer feedback and help improve customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or catering marketing.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and social media management.
Experience with marketing analytics and campaign performance measurement.
