Job Vacancy: TikTok Cross-Border Live Stream Host (10–12 Positions)

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, confident, and motivated individuals to join our team as TikTok Cross-Border Live Stream Hosts. If you are fluent in a foreign language, enjoy engaging with people, and are interested in building a long-term career in the cross-border live streaming industry, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Host live streaming sessions on TikTok and interact with international audiences in real time.

Create an engaging, entertaining, and positive live streaming environment.

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve performance targets.

Motivate and support team members to improve overall results.

Participate in scheduled live streams for 6 hours per day, divided into 2–3 sessions.

Requirements

Fluency in English, Arabic, or another foreign language, with the ability to communicate confidently with international audiences.

Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in the cross-border live streaming industry.

Outgoing, confident, and entertaining personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.

No overseas travel is required. Age must be above 18

Salary & Benefits

Guaranteed Base Salary: ETB 12,000

Full Attendance Bonus: ETB 3,000

Allowance: ETB 1,500

Performance-Based Revenue Sharing - commission in percent of gift received

Promotion Opportunity

Hosts whose team achieves over 800,000 points in a single month will be promoted to permanent employee status the following month.

Upon promotion to a permanent position, the base salary increases by ETB 2,000.

Working Schedule

6 hours of live streaming per day, divided into 2–3 sessions

Flexible schedule (broadcast times arranged with the team)

4 days off per month
