Key Responsibilities

Hook & Hold Architecture: Craft high-converting long-form and short-form video content using psychological hooks, pattern interrupts, and dynamic pacing.
Story & Narrative Design: Transform raw educational, brand, and promotional footage into compelling visual narratives.
Advanced Motion Graphics: Integrate sound design, dynamic typography, visual effects, and color grading to elevate production value.
Audience Psychology: Continuously analyze visual trends, viewer retention graphs, and click-through dynamics to optimize future cuts.
Pipeline Management: Organize assets, maintain project file structures, and deliver polished renders on tight deadlines.

Who You Are (Requirements)

Proven Track Record: 3+ years of professional editing experience with a high-caliber portfolio (YouTube, short-form viral reels, brand campaigns, or documentary-style edits).
Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. Knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D is a major plus.
Psychological Intuition: You instinctively understand visual hierarchy, sound triggers, motion rhythm, and how to trigger curiosity, urgency, and trust.
Obsession with Quality: Immaculate eye for color, framing, audio balancing, and micro-animations.
