Key Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel student recruitment campaigns targeting medical school applicants, residents, and fellows through digital channels, school visits, and education fairs

• Develop and maintain recruitment collateral including brochures, websites, videos, and promotional materials that showcase program quality and student experiences

• Promote faculty research breakthroughs, academic achievements, and clinical trials to enhance college reputation and attract quality applicants

• Plan and coordinate academic conferences, continuing medical education (CME) seminars, graduation ceremonies, and alumni engagement events

• Manage relationships with secondary schools, pre-medical programs, and educational institutions to support student pipeline initiatives

• Track recruitment metrics including application volume, yield rates, student demographics, and program reputation indicators

• Maintain and strengthen alumni networks through targeted communications, reunion events, and engagement programs

• Collaborate with faculty and program directors to develop recruitment strategies aligned with institutional academic goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Education

• 3-5 years of marketing experience in higher education, healthcare education, or recruitment-focused roles

• Demonstrated experience managing recruitment campaigns and understanding target student demographics

• Strong digital marketing skills including website management, social media, and email marketing

• Excellent project management and event coordination capabilities

• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including faculty, students, and external partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical or healthcare education marketing

• Knowledge of medical school/residency admissions processes

• Experience with CRM platforms and student recruitment software
