The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, tax compliance, and internal controls. The role provides financial guidance to management and ensures efficient utilization of company resources.

Requirements

MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
MA: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial position.
BA: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and tax regulations.
Good leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Basic computer skills.
Fluent in Amharic, Afaan Oromo, and English.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee finance and accounting activities.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations.
Supervise finance staff and strengthen internal controls.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.

Salary: ETB 35,000 – 40,000 (Net)
