We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to senior management and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide executive-level administrative support to senior management
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently
Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism
Support other administrative and office tasks as required

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
2 years of experience as a Secretary
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
High attention to detail and accuracy
