Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, document management, communication, and general office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to the office.
Organize, file, and maintain company documents and records.
Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately.
Prepare reports, letters, and other office documents.
Schedule meetings and manage office calendars.
Assist with data entry and record keeping.
Monitor and order office supplies when needed.
Support staff with day-to-day operational tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The position requires both office and field based work. The employee may be required to travel outside the office to meet clients, deliver documents, make sales visit and Handle company related tasks
