SERI Skill Center is a leading professional training institution dedicated to empowering individuals with industry-relevant skills . We are looking for an energetic, organized, and creative Reception Officer to become the face of our institution.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist students, visitors, and clients professionally.
Handle phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries promptly.
Register new students and maintain accurate student records.
Schedule appointments, consultations, and class orientations.
Manage daily front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment.
Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Academic, and Finance teams.
Prepare daily and weekly reception reports.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain the ERP database.
Handle basic administrative tasks including filing, printing, and document management.
Support student onboarding and provide information about available courses.

Content Creation Responsibilities

Serve as the on-camera face of SERI Skill Center's social media content.
Appear in promotional videos, announcements, student engagement videos, and educational content.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
