As part of our strategy. We are looking for qualified applicants based on the job descriptions and Qualification below

Introduce campaign concepts, standards, ideas, and budgets to customers
Organize media briefing and contribute to creation of marketing procedures
Introduce visionary work strategy to customers to seek their consent or carry out alterations if necessary.
Manage budgets and expenditure on campaigns, as well as supervise the efficiency of campaigns
Organize work flow on a daily basis to guarantee prompt completion of projects within budget frames
Carry out appraisals, evaluations, and unique ideas, which are up to standard and project targets, customer requests, and company’s distinct brand to create loyal customers and partners as well ensure that Diamond marketing remains in the top competitive position among its peers.

Strategic planning to align marketing initiatives with client goals, driving campaign success and measurable results. Leading a team to implement effective communication strategies, ensuring that client feedback is incorporated into service offerings for continuous improvement.

Required Skill & Qualification

§ BA Degree in, Marketing management, Business Management or related

Work Experience: At least 3- 5 years’ experience leading a sales or client management team in related industry.

§ Strong Sales, communication , presentation and negotiation skills

§ Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner

§ Excellent organizational and time management skills

§ The ability to lead and motivate as well work with a team

§ A professional manner

§ Excellent business sense and the ability to work to budgets

§ proficiency in basic computer applications
