Key Responsibilities

Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and printing documents.
Deliver and collect documents within and outside the office when required.
Support administrative and clerical tasks for different departments.
Manage office supplies and report replenishment needs.
Receive and direct visitors in a professional manner.
Assist with meeting room setup and office arrangements.
Handle basic record keeping and document organization.
Support HR and administration activities as assigned.
Coordinate with external service providers when required.
Perform other office and administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
