Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate end-to-end export operations from order confirmation to final shipment and delivery.
Develop and maintain relationships with international buyers, importers, agents, and business partners.
Coordinate export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, shipping documents, and other required documents.
Ensure compliance with Ethiopian export regulations, customs requirements, and international trade procedures.
Coordinate with government authorities, customs, banks, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and inspection bodies.
Manage export schedules, shipment bookings, logistics, and delivery timelines.
Monitor export orders, contracts, payments, foreign currency transactions, and outstanding receivables.
Coordinate with coffee sourcing, quality control, warehouse, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth export execution.
Monitor international market conditions, buyer requirements, pricing, and export opportunities.
Prepare export reports, shipment status updates, and management reports.
Identify and resolve documentation, logistics, customs, and shipment-related issues.
Ensure proper filing and traceability of all export records and transaction documents.
Support the development of new international markets and expansion of the company’s export business.
Experience in coffee export and knowledge of Ethiopian coffee export procedures is a strong advantage.
