Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, merchandise, or FMCG.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; graphic design skills are an advantage.
Creative, organized, and results-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote company products.
Manage the company's social media platforms and create engaging content.
Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitors.
Coordinate promotional events, product launches, and brand activation activities.
Build relationships with customers and business partners.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
