We are looking for a creative, highly skilled editor to transform language lessons into engaging, high-quality educational content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Core Requirements

Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (motion graphics).
Social-Media First Expertise: Proven experience creating high-performing content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — including safe zones, aspect ratios, and platform trends.
Educational Intuition: Ability to identify the \"hook\" in raw instructional footage and turn complex concepts into digestible micro-learning moments.
Motion Graphics & Typography: Strong skill in using text overlays and animations to emphasize vocabulary and grammar rules, ensuring content is accessible even without sound.
Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for pacing, branding, and storytelling.
Quick learner: Applies feedback quickly and consistently and improves everyday

Also Important

Audio Basics: Proficiency in cleaning up audio, balancing background music, and utilizing sound effects (SFX) to punctuate learning points and transitions.
English Fluency: Good English skills for precise captioning, grammar accuracy, and on-screen text design.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a consistent \"brand voice\" across all video assets.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Background in linguistics or experience learning a second language
Basic to advanced video shooting skills (lighting, framing, audio)
Color grading for a cohesive, vibrant feed-ready look
Understanding of retention data and adjusting edits based on performance
Experience in Davincie Resolve (optional bonus)
