Position Summary

The Dental Clinic Sales & Patient Care Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving clinic revenue by turning inquiries into scheduled appointments and presenting personalized treatment plans to patients. This role bridges customer service and sales, ensuring patients understand their options, financial investment, and treatment urgency while delivering an exceptional standard of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Tracking & Reporting: Track daily, weekly and monthly clinic revenue targets

• Lead Management & Inbound Sales: Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone and social media channels; convert prospective patient inquiries into confirmed consultations.

• Patient Follow-Up & Retention: Execute structured follow-up sequences for unscheduled treatment plans, missed appointments, and pending consultation inquiries.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner closely with dentists, hygienists, and front desk staff to ensure accurate treatment estimates and seamless patient transitions.
