Sales Management Instructor

Qualifications
Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Accounting or a related field from a recognized institution.

Certificate of Competence (COC) Level IV in Marketing and Sales Management.
Demonstrated knowledge of marketing, sales management, customer relations, and business practices.
Strong communication, instructional, and interpersonal skills.
Previous teaching experience in higher education institutions or relevant industry experience is an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Deliver quality instruction in Marketing and Sales Management courses.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and examinations.
Assess and evaluate students' academic performance in accordance with college policies.
Provide academic guidance and support to students.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
Participate in curriculum development and other academic activities of the College.
Uphold professional and ethical standards while contributing to a positive learning environment.
