About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Supervisor to lead, coach, and motivate our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving team performance, ensuring sales targets are achieved, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the daily activities of the sales team.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Coach, mentor, and evaluate sales representatives.
Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Support negotiations with high-value clients.
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Sales Supervisor.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
