Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced manager Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in manager and HR roles and a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

- Assist in employee onboarding and training programs.

- Support employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.

- Conduct regular HR audits and assist with payroll administration.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,management or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an manager and HR

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and management bestowed practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in managet software and Microsoft Office Suite.
