About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will help us find, attract, and hire top talent to drive our organizational growth.

If you have a foundational background in HR, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting people with great opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through job boards, networking, and social media.
Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and organizational fit.
Coordinate and schedule interview rounds with hiring managers.
Guide candidates smoothly through the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Assist with onboarding administrative duties and support general HR initiatives as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of practical experience in HR or recruitment roles.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
