Brook Real Estate is looking for highly motivated and results-oriented Tele Sales Agents with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to join our team.

Requirements

Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
Confident and professional phone communication.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage.
Previous tele-sales, customer service, or real estate experience is an advantage.

Language Requirements

1 Agent – Fluent in Tigrinya
1 Agent – Fluent in Afaan Oromo
Arabic and other regional languages are an added advantage.
Strong Amharic and English communication skills preferred.

Attractive Salary + Performance-Based Commission
