Responsibilities

Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from posting jobs to onboarding.
Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and payroll documentation.

Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for grievances, benefits inquiries, and performance management.

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years in an HR administrative or support role.
Core Competencies:
- Discretion: High integrity and ability to handle confidential/sensitive information.
- Organization: Strong multitasking skills to manage HR workflows.
- Communication: Clear, professional interpersonal skills for staff mediation.
- Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
