Position: Operational Manager

About the Position

Innovii Digital Service is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Operational Manager to oversee daily operations, manage digital projects, coordinate teams, and ensure the successful execution of company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily company operations.
Manage digital marketing and social media projects.
Lead project planning, implementation, and reporting.
Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
Coordinate with clients, partners, and service providers.
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
Supervise content production, campaigns, and marketing activities.
Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items.
Manage budgets, project documentation, and operational workflows.
Identify operational challenges and recommend effective solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in operations, project management, or digital marketing.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management is an advantage.
