We are an IATA accredited tour and travel agent.

Job Title: Senior IATA Travel Agent

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily operations of the tour and travel agency, including direct supervision of sales and ticketing officers.

· Handle airline reservations and issue tickets

· Build and sustain strong long-term relationships with both corporate accounts and other travel clients.

· Provide precise guidance on entry and visa requirements, review application documentation for accuracy, and liaise with embassies

· Experience working with travel agents

Qualifications & Requirements

· : Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an IATA-accredited travel agency or established tour company.

· Proven proficiency in airline ticketing, sales, and reservation management.

· Galileo GDS Certificate from Ethiopian Airlines or other accredited

· Strong leadership abilities, thorough knowledge of international visa protocols, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
