Preferred Skills

Experience working in Fintech, SAAS, or ERP systems

Strong analytical and decision making skills

Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis

Understand of UX/UI principles

Required Skills

Experience in Agile Methodology

Strong knowledge in product backlog management

Ability to define clear user stories, acceptance criteria and workflows

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in JIRA or similar tools
