Job Title: Branch Sales

Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager / Branch Manager

Job Summary

LeuNet ICT Solutions is looking for a Branch Salesperson who responsible for managing sales activities at the branch level, developing customer relationships, promoting company products and services, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, providing suitable ICT solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned branch sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through customer visits, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Promote and sell company products, solutions, and services.

· Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses and support.
Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Follow up with customers throughout the sales process from inquiry to order completion.
Coordinate with technical, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.

· Maintain accurate customer records, track sales activities and opportunities, and prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Support branch sales initiatives and promotional activities.

· Manage branch inventory, monitor stock availability, and support accurate and timely invoicing processes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
Experience in ICT, technology, or solution-based sales is an advantage.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
