Review and analyze IT-related tender documents, technical specifications, BOQ, and client requirements
Prepare accurate technical proposals, compliance sheets, and supporting IT documentation
Ensure all bid submissions fully comply with tender instructions and technical requirements
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to collect technical data sheets, quotations, and product information
Support the preparation of both technical and financial sections of IT bids
Identify technical gaps or non-compliance issues and propose suitable solutions
Maintain organized tender files and track submission deadlines
Prepare clarification letters, submission letters, and other tender-related correspondence
Assist in post-award technical clarification and documentation when required
Ensure confidentiality of all tender and company information
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field (mandatory)
Good understanding of IT systems, software, hardware, networking, or related technologies
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical specifications
Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PDF tools, and email)
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Living around German Square, Addis Ababa is highly preferred
