Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of active service experience in 4/ 5-star hotels or recognized fine-dining restaurants.

• Perfect English Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills. You must be able to confidently converse with guests, explain complex menus, and handle guest requests flawlessly. (Fluency in other languages is a plus).

• Impeccable Grooming & Presentation: You must take pride in a highly professional, clean, and polished physical appearance at all times.

• Expert Menu Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn, understand, and passionately describe Japanese culinary terms, ingredients, and pairings to guests.

• Superior Service Standards: Deep understanding of professional table settings and wine/beverage service etiquette.
