Who We Are Looking For?
We are seeking applicants who:
- Are passionate about teaching and mentoring students
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and responsibility
- Are committed to delivering high-quality educational support
- Are willing to provide personalized tutoring services at students' homes

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum GPA of 3.00
- Submission of Grade 9–12 transcripts
- Submission of university academic transcripts and/or degree certificate
- Successful completion of the Company's screening and assessment process
- Willingness to participate in mandatory tutor training before deployment

Selection Process
Qualified applicants will undergo:
1. Document Screening
2. Assessment and Interview
3. Professional Tutor Training
4. Final Selection and Onboarding
Successful candidates will become part of A+ Online Tutors' professional tutor network and will be assigned students based on their qualifications, subject expertise, and availability.
