FastPay is looking for a creative, motivated, and experienced Marketing Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing and be able to develop effective campaigns that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Job Location: Bole Atlas, Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full-time
Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant marketing position

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
• Manage the company’s social media platforms and digital marketing activities
• Create engaging marketing content in collaboration with the design and content teams
• Conduct market research and identify new marketing opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports
• Support promotional events, partnerships, and brand-awareness activities
• Ensure that all marketing materials are consistent with the company’s brand identity

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Creative, organized, responsible, and able to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
