We are looking for an energetic, professional, and passionate Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing department. The ideal candidate will assist with daily marketing activities, keeping campaigns, content, and audience engagement running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Marketing Support: Assist with day-to-day marketing activities to ensure smooth operations.
Social Media Execution: Schedule and post content across platforms, ensuring consistency and timely delivery.
Audience Engagement: Reply to comments and direct messages, fostering positive interactions with followers.
Content Coordination: Work closely with the video editor and content writer to ensure content is prepared, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Campaign Support: Assist with marketing projects and campaigns, helping with tasks as directed by the CMO.
Performance Tracking: Help monitor basic social media metrics and provide simple reports to support marketing decisions.
Process Improvement: Suggest and implement small creative ideas or optimizations to improve engagement and workflow using content calendars and communication channels for the marketing team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business management, or related field.
1-3 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media, content marketing, and web analytics.
