About Lyte

Lyte is an Ethiopian hydration brand making smart hydration accessible and part of everyday life. We are looking for an RTM & Trade Execution Specialist to help expand our distribution and improve our performance in the market.

Role

A hands-on, field-focused role responsible for improving Lyte’s route-to-market, outlet coverage, sales execution and trade marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize Lyte’s route-to-market and sales routes.
Identify distribution gaps, underperforming outlets and growth opportunities.
Analyze sales and market data and recommend corrective actions.
Improve product availability, visibility, placement and execution in outlets.
Implement trade marketing activities, displays, sampling and activations.
Monitor distributor and wholesaler performance.
Track competitors, pricing, promotions and market trends.
Conduct regular market visits and outlet audits.
Track RTM and trade execution KPIs and report key insights to management.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in RTM, Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, Field Sales or FMCG.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of FMCG distribution and retail execution.
Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working extensively in the field.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution.

Success = More outlets, better availability, stronger execution and higher sales per outlet.
