Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.

Resolve customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Support, coach, and mentor junior sales team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (often preferred).

3–5+ years of experience in sales or business development.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
