About the company: Panova is a design-and-build startup delivering interior design and interior construction for residential and commercial spaces.

Company office Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Work Location & Schedule

• Work Style: Mostly remote.

• On-Site Visits: You must go in person to our office, trade offices, and tax bureaus only when needed.

• Hours: Flexible and as-needed.

Gender Requirement: Female

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and organize the company’s financial framework and structure.

• Handle periodic filings, registrations, and official reporting in person or online at government offices.

• Managing all interactions, issues, and correspondence with the revenue authorities and Trade office at their office or during on-site visits.

• Prepare financial reports.

• Advise company management on financial system and ensure adherence to financial best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience

• Strong understanding of Ethiopian commercial and financial laws.
