URGENT HIRING – Sales Development Operations Manager:

Location: Ethiopian ICT Park, Goro Road to Tulu Dimtu, Addis Ababa

Job Type: Full-Time On-site

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, coach, and manage SDR Team Leaders and SDR agents.

· Establish clear performance expectations and KPIs.

· Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings.

· Develop action plans to improve productivity and conversion rates. Foster a high-performance and results-driven culture.

· Design, implement, and optimize SDR workflows and processes.

· Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales development activities.

· Administer CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.

· Collaborate with IT teams to improve sales systems and automation. Support implementation of new sales technologies and tools

· Develop onboarding programs for new SDRs.

· Conduct regular training on prospecting, communication, CRM usage, and sales methodologies.

· Identify skill gaps and create development plans. Promote continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, BPO Operations, or Sales Operations.

· Strong understanding of lead generation and sales development

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Experience with CRM tools is a plus

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Working Hours

· 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Night Shift)
