NetBridge Technology PLC is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Expert to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing sales revenue, expanding the company's market presence, and promoting the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits.
Present company products and services to potential clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Follow up with prospective clients and existing customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain an updated customer database and sales pipeline.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

Marketing

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
Promote company products through social media, digital marketing, and traditional marketing channels.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Analyze competitors and recommend business improvement strategies.
Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
Collaborate with the design and technical teams to create marketing materials.
Measure campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Customer Relationship Management

Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Experience in the technology, software, ICT, or telecommunications industry is an advantage.
