Receptionist (Female)

Location: CMC, Addis Ababa
Gender: Female
Experience: Minimum 2 years

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to create a welcoming experience for visitors while managing daily front desk operations.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors and clients
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Schedule appointments and manage the reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintain office records and provide administrative support
Coordinate with different departments as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and email)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
