Duties and Responsibilities

Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Assist in maintaining network connectivity, user accounts, and system performance.
Support software installation, system updates, backups, and IT security measures.
Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
Assist with IT projects, equipment setup, and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Educational Background

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.

Experience

0–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, system administration, or network support.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
