About the Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional female Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management

Maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions.
Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements.
Reconcile bank accounts and company records.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.

2. Reporting & Compliance

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company financial policies.
Support internal and external audits.

3. Payroll & Administrative Support

Assist with payroll preparation and processing.
Maintain organized financial files and supporting documents.
Monitor company expenses and prepare expense reports.
Perform general accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

4. Coordination

Work closely with management and other departments on financial matters.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, suppliers, and government offices when required.
Assist in improving financial processes and internal controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2 - 3 years of previous accounting experience.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
