Sales & Social Media Marketing Officer

Chiban Technologies is a growing technology startup building practical software solutions for businesses. We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and tech-savvy Sales & Social Media Marketing Officer to help us grow our customer base and increase awareness of our products.

Responsibilities

Visit businesses such as restaurants, shops, and other local businesses to introduce, demonstrate, and sell our software products.
Explain the value and benefits of our software and help business owners understand how our solutions can improve their daily operations.
Identify potential customers, generate leads, build relationships, and follow up with prospects.
Create and publish at least 3 TikTok videos per week to promote our products and increase brand awareness.
Manage our Facebook page, respond to customer inquiries, and actively engage with followers.
Help increase software and technology awareness among local businesses through in-person sales and social media.
Support basic company tax reporting and declarations when needed.
Participate in other sales and marketing activities as the company grows.

What We're Looking For

Confident and comfortable with door-to-door and in-person sales.
Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using software products and digital tools.
Some exposure to software products, business applications, or technology is preferred.
Comfortable creating social media content, especially for TikTok and Facebook.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment where responsibilities may evolve.
Previous sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Compensation

Monthly salary + commission on every successful sale.
