Summary

We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our front house of house operations .

Job Description

Educational Background:
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field. Additional certifications in food safety or leadership are an advantage.

Work Experience:
Minimum of 4–5 years in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Number of Positions: 1
Salary: As per company scale
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Contract Type: Permanent
Days Off: 1 day per week
Working Schedule: As per company schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery
Supervise, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Engage with guests, handle complaints professionally, and ensure high customer satisfaction
Coordinate service flow between the kitchen and dining area, especially during peak hours
Support financial tasks including cash handling, reporting, and monitoring costs
Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall quality standards
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Step into operational roles when needed to maintain service excellence
