We are a social media marketing agency providing services such as social media management, content creation, video production, graphic design, social media advertising, branding, and digital marketing strategy.

We are looking for a results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist responsible for finding, engaging, and converting prospects into paying clients.

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients independently.
Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, social media, LinkedIn, email, networking, and other channels.
Contact business owners and decision-makers.
Understand prospects' business and marketing needs and identify opportunities for our services.
Conduct sales meetings and present services professionally.
Handle objections, negotiate, follow up, and close deals.
Maintain accurate prospect and sales records.
Test new client acquisition methods and improve the sales process.
Hand over successfully signed clients for onboarding.

Target

Minimum 3 new clients signed per month.

Compensation

Base Salary + 15,000–30,000 ETB commission per new client, depending on the client and package.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Highly motivated and target-driven.
Proactive and able to generate opportunities independently.
Persistent and comfortable with rejection.
Strong problem-solving and initiative.
Accountable for results and able to work independently.
Experience or knowledge in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related services is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who creates opportunities, takes ownership, and delivers results—not someone who waits for instructions.
