Bright Techno Tonic PLC is seeking a vibrant, proactive, and fast-learning Junior Secretary to join our team. This is a fresh graduate position designed for individuals who are highly organized, tech-savvy, and eager to build a career in executive office management and administration within a dynamic digital ecosystem.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: BA Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Management, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management.
Graduation Year: Strictly 2025 or 2026 graduates only.
Residency: Must reside strictly around Gerji, Megenagna, Bole, or Goro for close proximity to the office.
Skills:
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email etiquette).
- Professional personal presentation, punctuality, and a strong willingness to learn.

Key Duties:

Handle incoming and outgoing letter, greet visitors, and manage the office reception area professionally.
Assist in organizing schedules, maintaining files, and tracking basic office documentation.
Provide administrative support to the executive office and HR/ administration team.
