We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily sales activities, driving team performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Experience in the real estate sector is essential, along with strong leadership and customer relationship management skills.

Main Duties:

• Supervise and support the daily activities of the sales team
• Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are achieved
• Train, coach, and motivate sales staff to improve productivity
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective buyers
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management
• Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead generation and conversion
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
• Resolve customer concerns and support the team in closing sales

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales supervision or a similar role
• Experience in the real estate sector is required

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
