Position: Operational Officer

Main Role & Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily company operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate between departments, staff, suppliers, and customers.
Prepare operational plans and follow up on execution.
Monitor inventory, resources, logistics, and office activities.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and quality standards are followed.
Identify operational problems and provide practical solutions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Support management in improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Follow up on schedules, deadlines, and team performance.
Maintain proper documentation and records.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Time management and ability to work under pressure.
Basic financial and cost-control understanding.
Reporting and data analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields.
2+ years of experience in operations, administration, logistics, manufacturing, trading, or related business areas.
Experience in coordinating teams and business processes.
Knowledge of inventory management and operational systems is an advantage.
Experience working with import/export, manufacturing, or logistics companies is preferred.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
