Job description

we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced training manager to lead and manage our training programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing training activities ensuring high -quality learning experiences , participant satisfaction, and the achievement of organizational goal .The training manager will also supervise trainers , manage training operations, and continuously improve training programs and processes

Key responsibility

Handle phone calls
Follow up with new and existing trainees regarding registration and training progress
Plan and manage training workshop
Lead and supervise trainers and support staff
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve training quality and participant satisfaction
Manage training schedules including training dates, times
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards
Ensure training programs are delivered effectively and professionally
Skill & Competencies
