Role Purpose

The Content Creator Executive is responsible for developing, producing, managing, and publishing creative digital content that strengthens AFTAZA PLC’s brand presence, supports marketing campaigns, promotes real estate projects, and increases audience engagement across all digital platforms.

Core Responsibilities

Create and execute content ideas aligned with AFTAZA’s brand strategy.
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly content plans.
Capture professional photos and videos of projects, events, and company activities.
Edit videos and prepare content suitable for social media platforms.
Create Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, educational content, and brand storytelling materials.
Manage content publishing across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and trends.
Maintain consistent brand identity and communication standards.
Analyze content performance and provide improvement recommendations.
Support marketing campaigns, project launches, and company events through creative content production.

Required Skills

Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
Video shooting and editing skills.
Social media platform management experience.
Knowledge of content trends and digital marketing practices.
Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar applications.
Ability to work independently and deliver consistent content output.
